Zone Bulldozer

Download Zone Bulldozer mod for Transport Fever 3.

Adds a customizable circle brush to the stock bulldozer, allowing you to selectively demolish specific types of town buildings instead of removing them one by one.

Key Features & Controls:
Circle Mode: Enables the circular brush area that tracks your mouse cursor. Disabling it returns the bulldozer to its default stock behavior.
Zone Filtering: Toggle checkboxes for Residential, Commercial, and Industrial. Only the selected building types within the brush area are demolished.
Adjustable Radius: Brush size ranges from 25 m (single block) up to 500 m (entire district).
Towns Overlay: Highlights and color-tints town zones while active for quick identification of building types (enabled by default).
Operation: Hold the Left Mouse Button and sweep across the area to clear matching buildings; releasing the button stops demolition.

Any player-constructed assets (only auto-generated town buildings are removed)

Cost & Compatibility:
Economy Balance: Each demolished building costs the standard in-game demolition fee (it is not a free demolition cheat).
Save Compatibility: Works on both new and existing game saves.
Configuration Persistence: Brush settings persist for the active play session and reset to defaults when the game restarts.
