Spintires - Wheels for Default Ural-4320 and KrAZ-255 V1.0

I rewrote the original Krzov rubber VI-3 from muda to replace the default one (author – Angela Snorkel) and changed the wheels in the Urals to OSh-47. Tested both on 03.03.16 and 1.7.1.
