Spintires - Tatra Mod 163 Truck v1.2

The truck has good traction and patency.
Changes: One truck (there were two);
Reworked suspension, textures, gearbox.
It has seven of its add-ons, def. Hitch and six def. Add-ons.
In the archive, additional painting for replacement (yellow, blue, khaki).

Version 1.2 for SpinTires (v03.03.16):
The bug is fixed, the tank from M / R was not put.
