Spintires - Praga V3S V1.1

Here’s a reworking of this mod. One of the two trucks is left. Reworked chassis, power, changed sound, added standard hitch. Has steering wheel animation.

The truck attracted. Unfortunately, the mod has a noticeable drawback – the wheels are not so set, so it was replaced with others (less noticeable).

Version 1.1 for SpinTires (V03.03.16):
I adjusted the textures so that the defect was less conspicuous, and added an option with native wheels to the archive. It’s still better, and does not waddle so much from side to side.
