Added wheels, long dissolution, changed textures.

Version 1.2 for SpinTires (v03.03.16):
– Removed default addons;
– Replaced wheels from Kamaz with others (mod from arshinskiy03);
– Added painting (clean cache when changing);
– Added an awning semi-trailer (cargo, fuel, repair), mod by d_efremov;
– Improved control, goes well on asphalt.
