Spintires - Floating Trekol V1

I liked the vehicle from the author Sergo and I decided to adapt it for Version 1.6.

Added:
– Tire inflation;
– Sound of tire inflation and deflation;
– Sound of turning on the headlights;
– Tire displacement rate, body water displacement rate, tire physical radius, rim radius.

Changes:
– Total weight (according to performance characteristics);
– Weight of cargo and garage parts;
– Changed suspension;
– Changed the friction of tires from road to off-road (otherwise it did not go at all);
– Changed coefficient of friction.
