Spintires - Eversion and Rotation Speed for Wheels on Default V2.0

I did more inversion and faster the speed of rotation of the wheels (the speed is noticeable only on the keyboard and the gamepad) by default. Including all DLC and Mazy 535/7310.

Version 2.0 for SpinTires (v03.03.16):
Now works in multiplayer.
