Press ‘V’ and use the UI button UI_CHANGE_SUSPENSION_MODE under the OPERATE tab to lift the axle Up or Down.

The only way to equip dual wheels on the rear is with doubles in the front, I can’t fix that because the wheel type and suspension type use the same parameters.
