SnowRunner - Azov 5319 Improved V1

It’s a not-OP but still much better mod of the Azov 5319.

Features:
Better steering (angle, speed, backsteer speed)
Slightly raised suspension kit
Wider wheelbase (mainly for looks)
A sh*tload of tires (including tayga tires if you’re into this sort of thing)
Spare wheel add-on from the 10×10 Azov, with 2 wheels, fuel, and repairs
Ability to attach trailers with crane+flatbed installed.
