FS22 - Blank Map V1.0

Here is a Giants Modhub friendly blank map. It is a standard size in-game map and has been tested in the latest testrunner from Giants. Rearrange and add things to your liking. The xml files are already setup to show you the basics of adding whatever you would like. A water plane is not included.
