Transport Fever 2 - Tram Train Vanilla

It creates a version of each vanilla tram model that uses the railroads, instead of the tram rails.
Heavily inspired by MadHatter’s "Trams As Trains" mod for TPF1.

Please Note That:
– The pantograph is way lower than the catenary;
– The standard rails are quite larger than most trams’ wheelsets;
– Price and running costs are set by the game and are more expensive than with the tram version.
