overpass can be connected with big passenger station building with any entrance height.
overpass can be connected with streets without station buildings by ground entrance modules.

dont judge strictly about the appearance) i am not a 3D modeler, i dont have building models, so i used what is in the game and just combined several vanilla buildings)

sorry, i can not write script for automatic connecting by overpass, i dont understend scripts like trainstationutil, its too hard for me) so i maked modular overpass)
