Transport Fever 2 - Better Roundabout

Better Roundabout adds the option for bridge type.

Version 2.0:
Added option for no pillars (and this also adds this as option for normal bridge contruction) and option to select the 3 standard bridge types, also added all the necessary road and bridge types. (maybe check loading order if you have mods that override these standards)
