Download New Jateng Map for ETS2 1.61.

Central Java Map v3.3 for ETS2 version 1.61; this update focuses solely on fixing vegetation definitions, which underwent changes again in version 1.61. There are no other additions, as all other aspects were already addressed in version 1.60.
