Grab the initial.pak file from here.
OR adversly(Do Not Need Both!!) Grab the individual Class/Model xml files here.

Unzip the initial.pak zip file and replace the initial.pak located here:
(or in the case of the individual files replace the files located in intitial.pak at [media]/classes/models)

Notice!
This will replace manual installed mods if replacing the intitial.pak an alternative less destructive install method is available to be friendly with those who have mods manually installed.
Congrats now you can scale rocks without op tire friction!
