FS22 - Remove Tool Cameras V2.0

- added configuration for remove the cameras of the tools, for the tools that have a camera

This script automatically adds the configuration to remove all the cameras of the tool, for all the tools that have the camera. If active, when entering the vehicle, only the vehicle cameras can be used.
