ETS2 - Volvo FH (FH16 2012) Better Dashboard V1.5.4

Several improvements to the original FH16 2012 dashboard:

 - Brand new digital speedometer;
 - Cruise control speed has been moved to the right screen;
 - New engine braking indicator (plus symbol), located next to the original retarder icon;
 - Minor changes to layouts, colors and fonts.
