ETS2 - Volvo FH-FH16 2012 Better Dashboard V1.0

I’ve made a few improvements to the original FH16 2012 Dashboard

– brand spanking new digital speedometer
– cruise control speed shifted to the right screen
– new engine brake indicator (plus symbol) placed next to original retarder icon
– minor adjustments to layouts, colors, and fonts
