ETS2 - Traffic Rework (1.40.x)

This mod change behavior of Ai.
Ai drivers in road are more inteligent , have patience and is very carefoul.
Seriously in real life nobody want die in road.
This time Ai drivers never want hit you and do everything for avoid acident.
Trafic spawn is 2x.
This make World more life full but not create huge traffic jams.
