ETS2 - Scania R 2009 and Streamline Improved Dashboard

This mod improves Scania R 2009 and Streamline dashboard:

– based on “Scania R and Streamline Realistic Dashboard Computer” from Oscar;
– adapted to 1.45;
– added low beam icon;
– added engine brake icon;
– added current speed value indicator;
– added guessed operating range of vehicle indicator;
– added fuel bar;
– added the remaining fuel in the tank as a percentage;
– minor fixes and improvements.

Supports game version 1.45.x.
