ETS2 - Nice Winter Addon for Frosty Winter Weather Mod 7.9

Little Addon for Frosty Winter Weather Mod 7.9 by Grimes for ETS2 1.49x

The features are:
– Cars, Busses and Trucks now driving at winter speeds (Cars 90kmh, Busses, 80kmh, Trucks 75kmh)
– New Snowflake mechanic on the windshield,
– Removed fast falling Rain Stripes until i figured out how to slow down the falling speed
– Changes in Eye Adaptation and Brightness changes
– On good weather condition there is no more fog
– i have also changed the fog density when it snows in that way that it would look realistic when snow would fall.
