ETS2 - Mercedes-Benz Actros MP3 Improved Dashboard V1.0

This mod improves Mercedes-Benz Actros MP3 dashboard:
– based on “Mercedes-Benz Actros MP3 Realistic Dashboard Computer” from Oscar;
– added low fuel icon;
– added damage warning icon;
– added damage stop icon;
– added low air pressure warning icon;
– added cruise control memory icon;
– added remaining fuel/adblue in tank percent;
– added ETA (estimated time to arrival) indicator, hidden when time is not available (no delivery, no navigation, etc.);
– added time until rest is needed indicator, hidden when fatigue option is disabled;
– changed the order of the pages of the onboard computer;
– changed cruise control section;
– changed low fuel page;
– changed damage page;
– fixes and improvements.
