ETS2 - Fix for Rusmap V2.1 Shadows V1.1 (1.37.x)

Shadows were added for 69 models of building.
Fixed vertex colors.
For version 1.37.x
Fix must be above rusmap files.

Version 1.1 Changelog:
Fixed bug with missing texture.
