ETS2 - DAF XF 105 Custom Dashboard V1.2.3

Version 1.2.3:
Fix some information that were not displaying properly after 1.44.
Added time to rest to the engine page.

Custom dashboard version for DAF 105
This dash is looks like a standart DAF 105 dashboard, but changed colors and fonts.
added sounds (start, low fuel, damage warning)
added engine brake indicator
added gear shifting type (gear mod)
added air level bar
added oil pressure bar
