ETS2 - Changed Mode of Operation of Traffic Lights

Mod changes the mode of operation of traffic lights.

Changes:
update for patch 1.46
Installation: copy the downloaded file to the mod folder and connect it in the mod manager.
For game version 1.46.x

Peculiarities:
when switching from green to red, yellow light is on for four seconds before red
when switching from red to green, there is no yellow light, green immediately lights up
Works on the default map and all DLC maps, including the Iberia DLC.
When used with maps from mods, put above map files.
