DIY Harbor

Download DIY Harbor mod for Transport Fever 3.

Adds a fourth choice to the small harbor's Terminals picker: the harbor building on its own, with no dock, no piers and no pedestrian entrances. Place it where you want, then add docks and piers yourself, as many as you need and where they fit.

Only the small harbor gets the new choice. The large harbor is unchanged.
Works in new and existing games.
