Transport Fever 2 - SNCF Nez Casses
The Nez cassés locomotives are a family of French electric and diesel-electric locomotives built by Alsthom from the mid-1960s to the 1980s.
Their name, Nez cassés, comes from their silhouette drawn by Paul Arzens. Inspired by the position of the ‘sprinter in his starting block’, it alludes to speed.
The original liveries of these locomotives are also the work of Paul Arzens.
Emblematic SNCF locomotives in France, some series have also been exported to Belgium, the Netherlands, Morocco, Portugal, Slovenia and South Korea.
