Transport Fever 2 - Sierra Railroad 4-6-0

Port from Transport Fever 1 that I should have done a long time ago

This has been sitting in my staging area for months, and my current project is not ready for release, so I am giving you guys this at long last.

If you used the TpF1 mod, you will recognise the main mesh, but there’s a lot of new additions and changes between the two.

Such as:
New tender mesh WITH LOGS
New textures
Custom sounds
Placeable asset (used for screenshots as its a UK map)
uuuh i dunno a McBurger left in the cab or something idk
