Transport Fever 2 - NS 2200

The NS locomotive series 2200 is a series of diesel-electric locomotives that was used by the Dutch Railways from 1955.
In the early 1950s, the Dutch Railways decided that the remaining steam locomotives should be replaced within a few years. To this end, 280 diesel locomotives were ordered, divided over the 2200 and 2400 series, which contributed to the fact that the last steam locomotive could be taken out of service in January 1958.
