Netherlands Map v0.2. Real Cities, partially real life inspired industries and motorways

Heightmap I still had lying around from TF1, and mainly testing out the new awesome mape editor. There’s probably a bit too many cities, haven’t gotten to test late game performance on large maps yet. There’s a lot of dressing up still to do.
