Hello friends: Today we bring you the Maienfeld station (Switzerland). Based on a Vollmer model, but also on the actual building, which still exists. Maienfeld is a Swiss commune in the canton of Grisons, located in the district of Landquart. The base of the economy of the area is winemaking, although tourism is also very active thanks to the enthusiasm aroused by Johanna Spyri’s novel, Heidi. Much of that history takes place in this commune and you can even visit Heidi’s house.
