Transport Fever 2 - LMS Coronation
Not compatible with old TpF1 port, just sayin’
About the engine
In 1933, Sir William Stanier of the LMS designed the Princess Royal class into the Coronation class, in 1937, a streamlined member of the class reached 114mph.
At the time those were the largest locomotives in the UK, but they were only the prototype to this, the ‘Coronation’ class. These huge engines went by the design principle of ‘The biggest boiler, the largest firebox, on the largest set of wheels the loading gauge will allow’
The mod
This mod is a much revised and improved version of the engines for TpF1, this includes a lot of mesh upgrades and a from-scratch tender with 3D lettering.
Like I said in the blue text, this mod is not compatible with the old one, as this isn’t a port, but a made-for mod for TpF2.
As you will see by clicking Subscribe, this mod requires 2 other mods. You need the LMS ‘Duchess’ 4-6-2 mod for this to work. However the coaches by Quince are just a nicety (but you should get them anyway).
The mod includes
In this mod you get 1 (one) Stanier Coronation Pacific in its streamlined casing.
You get the following liveries:
LMS Crimson and Gold (Duchess of Hamilton)
LMS Blue and Silver (Coronation)
LMS Wartime black with Stanier tender
You also get some fictional liveries because a Twitter poll said so:
BR Brunswick Green
BR Express Blue
