Adds several cargo chains
Vehicle cargo was update to use Col0Korn’s code instead of modifying each vehicle. This also allows the new cargo to be used with vehicles from mods and it corrects the vehicle showing up when they shouldn’t. you’ll need to unsub and resub to the mod for the changes to work.
Note that certain cargo were changed to different wagons, the biggest impact being on pulp that is now treated the same as coal.

Hello, I don't have a vehicle with new type of cargo. How I should add it to game?
I wonder if it is possible to create an Offshore Drilling Rig (crude oil production). Right now every industry is land base and collide with water. I do not have the skill to do it, but I am sure it would be very welcome. Maybe you could share this demand. Thank you.
