Transport Fever 2 - Bulk Upgrader for Stations/Industries

Adds a menu for bulk upgrading stations or industries
In the game, after adding some new mod to the saved game, which changes industry production/consumption or station cargo capacity, already built industries or stations will not be changed. You have to do manual ‘upgrade’ of all stations or industries (which can be done only in a sandbox mode).
But with this mode, it can be done at once for all stations or all industries.
Because mod doesn’t change any game file, there shouldn’t be any compatibility issues with other mods. And you can it safely add to or remove from the existing game.
