Transport Fever 2 - BR 75.4 Walschaerts Valve Gear fix (Inc. Repaint)

I was annoyed with the way the Valve Gear worked on the vanilla mod. Just like the Vanilla A4, it wasn’t operating properly.

I have fixed that, and I have also included a reskin of the locomotive with black wheels and a colourable body, as a treat.

Stats are the same.

I am aware the tags are very wrong, I will update it when I can (I’m sure you’ll cope)
