Transport Fever 2 - Alternate Road Textures

After growing tired of the same road textures for three games now I decided to change them up a bit. Old roads now use stone setts rather than rough cobbles (except small roads) and have red brick pavements. Modern roads now have concrete slab pavements instead of grey tarmac ones.

Note: This mod has essentially been replaced by my better roads mod here
