Spintires:Mudrunner - The New (Old) Dashboard for Default V1.0

Dashboard (texture from DRIVER-51rus, transparent compass from ADEGA) in a “new light”. Fitted to the entire default (USSR, America) + controllability “easier” + 1 balance point for the entire default.

“Did” for myself, just did not find the normally installed panels.
