Works in Multiplayer without SpinTiresMod.exe
Test on version 14.08.19 (will probably work on all versions)

Install:
Drop the contents of the Media folder into the Media.zip archive
The contents of the Media (Very dark night) or Media (Bright night) folder are uploaded to the Media.zip archive
Drop the contents of the MeshCache folder into the archive MeshCache.zip
Throw the contents of the TextureCache folder into the TextureCache.zip archive
Save your files that you will replace!
Clean the cache before the game.
