The Wagnerhof is a typical Bavarian farm consisting of a farmhouse and a cowshed.
The farmhouse has only been partially converted. Unfortunately, more is not possible at present.
It costs $80,000 / $100 per day.

The farm has a cowshed with space for 96 cows.
- Feed capacity: 60,000 litres
- Straw capacity: 38,000 litres
- Milk capacity: 60,000 litres
- Slurry capacity: 100,000 litres
