Volvo WIA mod for FS25.

The Volvo WIA was the first semi truck sold as a Volvo in North America. It came out in the 1980's and continued production until the late 1990's when it was replaced by the VNL.

I would like to thank a few people here for their contributions to this mod:

Separated X2 and X3 configurations to their own store items due to unique wheel configurations
All new tire configurations will require a trip to the store to fix wheels or possibly rebuying the truck
Added new hub and axle configurations
Rim color will automatically toggle between steel and aluminum rims now
Improved suspension behaviour and added dynamic suspension
