Toggle Gear Shift Mode — quickly switch your player gear shift mode between Automatic and Manual using a single key.

Features:
- Single key toggle (default: DEL)
- Player-global setting: the chosen gear mode applies to the player across all vehicles
- Small lower-right HUD and F1 helper text showing current mode

Version 1.0.0.1:
- Added per-vehicle-type offset for the lower-right HUD to avoid overlaps on non-standard vehicles.
- Improved robustness: safer access to game/spec tables and UI helpers to reduce runtime errors with mod vehicles.
- Minor refactors and code cleanup (no behavior changes to the toggle input).
- HUD now correctly respects in‑game HUD visibility (won’t show when the main game UI is hidden).
