- daily maintenance: 50$
- maximum number of pigs: 40
- grain silo with a capacity of 40,000 litres
- bale storage, capacity: 751 bales (basic small squarebales recommended)

Chicken coop:
- cost: 10 000$
- daily maintenance: 20$
- maximum number of chickens: 50 (expandable)

Brick garage:
- cost: 25 000$
- daily maintenance: 10$
- possibility of repairing and painting machines in the workshop

Metal garage:
- cost: 7200$
- daily maintenance: 10$
