STANDARD greenhouses with more realism.

Added:
Input: Seeds
Input: Mineral fertilizer
Just wanted to have a little more realism like just water clean and product out.
Discharge at water trigger.
Updates not excluded.

Small modification of the base game, here the input was simply changed. I think seeds and mineral fertilizers are mandatory for the greenhouses.
There are 2 production chains.
Production-1: seeds, water, mineral fertilizers
Production-2: seeds, water, manure
