– Fixed multiplayer support

Adds the ability to pay for new vehicles using financing, allowing you to pay for new vehicles with monthly payments over either 6, 12, or 24 months, with small interest rates. Missed payments will result in additional interest, and failing to pay back the total sum by the end of the financing period will result in the vehicle being repossessed.
