BGAFD mod for FS25.

BGA produces a large amount of methane, electricity, and digestate. Methane and electricity are sold automatically. The fermentation silo ferments hay, grass, straw, or silage into silage and digestate. The dryer dries grass into hay.

Versions:
Basic: Basic capacity, production speed, and loading speed.
Improved: 10x basic capacity, 10x production speed, and 10x loading speed.
Extreme: 100x basic capacity, 100x production speed, and 100x loading speed.
