FS22 - Pallet Factory V1.0.0.1

With the placeable pallet factory, empty pallets can be made from electrical loads, maintenance and boards for productions that require empty pallets.
Update without addplaceablecategory script and can be selected and placed in the construction menu under "placeable production" without being dependent on each other.
