FS22 - Claas Celtis 446 V1.0

Somebody brought the Renault Celtis to FS22, so I tried also converting its Claas sibling.
- Fixed the beacon light configuration + Added tire fender configuration
- Added FrontHydraulic as a configurational front option that already has been in the i3d file but for whatever reason wasn't actually in the XML.
- Added proper front and back license plate nodes.
- Added Logo decals (not perfect, but alright for now)

- Wheel options: standard, wide tires, tire weight, narrow tires
- max. 40 km/h

Further improvements I'd still love to do will (probably) follow:
- Dirtmap
- Config. color
- Config. tire color
- increase decals quality
