FS22 - BigBud 450 Tractor V1.0

BigBud 450 convert from LS19 with some configurations
This is a conversion of the BigBud 450 from the LS19.
Added a color choice, a more powerful engine (600hp) a choice of rotating beacons and number plates with license plate lights.
