FS19 - Zunhammer 18.5 PE Trailer V1.2

Zunhammer 18.5PE with a few improvements (mostly optimization for the manure system)

Suction arm has been made movable and functional
- animated connection for hoses
- Manure flow must be opened manually
- Dynamic cables added
- Color config added: second yellow and the same gray as in the Holmer barrel, each in matt and glossy
