- In addition to the original crops the map includes extra crops: black beans, brachiaria, millet, rye, sorghum and rice
- It has one grain sale
- Sale of bales, wool, cotton, milk, eggs and silage at the fair
- It has a sugarcane plant
- Biogas plant can be created regarding players taste
- You are able to supply the water tanks in the lake near the headquarters of the farm
- The main farm has a silo, supply of seeds and fertilizers in addition a vehicle workshop
